1. Information We Collect

When you create a DevDock account, we collect your name, email address, and Roblox account information (user ID, username, and avatar URL) if you sign in via Roblox OAuth.

We also collect data you provide while using the service: studio names, project details, task content, chat messages, team member information, and whiteboard content.

We automatically collect usage data including page views, feature usage, browser type, and IP address to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the DevDock service, process your transactions, send important service updates, and improve our product.

We use AI features (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide sprint planning suggestions, task recommendations, and chat assistance. Your project data may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses, subject to their privacy policy.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their privacy policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers necessary to operate DevDock (Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI features), and when required by law.

Your project data (tasks, chats, team info) is visible to other members of your studio as part of the collaborative features of the service.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and remembering your preferences (selected studio, sidebar state). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the Settings page. To request complete data deletion, contact us at hello@devdock.app.
